The truth is that there is a lack of staff to work, they were at the top saying that in the kitchen there is only 1 person and 2 waiters, the cook came out to apologize for the wait, in our case we have waited and I assure you that the wait was worth it, sometimes you have to be patient, I see previous comments and instead of trying to help small businesses we try to drown them, you really have to be patient and even more so on holidays when people go without a reservation and we want to eat first, as I say, in our case we have waited as long as I missed it and it was worth it, we will return without hesitation, thank you

We were there on Thursday and it was very full, but even so they treated us very well, they asked us to be patient, as it could take a while. Our opinion... Quite a large and good quality place, I don't agree with the last comments, but to taste.... In my opinion, they served us wonderfully even though the restaurant was fully booked, delicious and quality food, very attentive and very pleasant waitresses who recommended several things to us, we will return without a doubt to continue trying new things.ADVISABLE!!!

Spectacular restaurant and the best to go to in Colmenar del Arroyo, a quiet town surrounded by nature and a place to visit in the Sierra Oeste of Madrid.The cook is brilliant, making some delicious dishes. The desserts are also highly recommended, I tried a cheesecake that was incredible, the best I have ever eaten. Furthermore, he is very attentive and friendly.
